Repossession fee includes the following:
  1. Main address on file checked.
  2. P.O.E address on file checked.
  3. Recovery of collateral.
  4. Towing to our lot.
  5. Condition Report.
  6. Delivery to your desired location within Miami Dade County.
Skip tracing is done with the latest technology using all updated databases. We also do leg work which means knocking on doors to demand unit, speaking with neighbors etc.

We notify our Clients when skip tracing is needed to get approval or vice versa.

Cancellation Fee:
We feel we need to charge this fee for expenses incurred such as gasoline, etc.
